I am an Athletics Australia level 2 advanced and IAAF active kids accredited running coach offering motivational and education group training sessions.

I have a real passion for running having run competitively for some 20 years over distances up to 55km, and several ultra stage races. I am also a working mother with two young kids so completely understands the stresses of a busy life and the difficulty in making time for oneself to exercise.  That’s why the training sessions are designed to make the most of your valuable training time in the unique environment that is off-road running.

So if you want to be part of a fun running group led by someone who will understand your running needs and goals, whether that be to get back into running or run a specific time in a competitive race, I am the person to keep you motivated and help you reach those goals.

Group Training 

Wednesday 5:30-6:30am

Saturday 5:45-7:45am

Sunday (every 2nd week) – can be morning or afternoon. Watch calendar or Facebook page for details.

Location: Bunyaville forest, Brisbane, Queensland.

Training Plans

 

Follow your personally tailored online program to help you achieve your goals. I offer anything from 4 weeks through to 12 months and beyond. Each training session is set out in detail, where your results from Garmin or Strava are linked to your sessions so that your data can easily be assessed. We can easily communicate on each session when required, so you can be rest assured that your training will stay on track.
